Things have changed! The new dinning hall at Mason is like an upscale Pei Wei meets CPK
and I just learned laundry is free (well part of your dorm fee)…no more quarters! Yes, I’m
really telling my age. What to pack for living in an empty dorm room for a week? Will 12 pairs of
shoes be enough???
Hanging out with our amazing faculty today! They come from such different backgrounds-I love it! Students are packing (we know because they keep asking what to bring via fb 
I love the energy in the room right now as it is all becoming real. Missing my family, but maybe they’lll come visit mommy if things aren’t too crazy next week. Safe travels to all our students and we will see you Sunday!
Wow! Where did the time go? In just a few days 150 students will be traveling from all over the
country to George Mason University for the Washington Journalism and Media Conference.
Can’t wait to meet them all! So much planned for the week-amazing speakers, venues and a
faculty and staff ready to go! Pray for NO rain, and beautiful weather!! Back to work.
